Thanks Oda,

I am not one to push people into jobs, I have been recruiting for way too long to think that is a good idea.

Unfortunately there are too many recruiters in our industry like Miss Pushypants giving us all a bad name.

Hopefully the recent economic climate has sorted some of the wheat from the chaff and we will see a decline in double glazing/ ex estate agent types and more consultative, friendly, approachable recruiters.

Speak soon,

Martin

Makes me embarassed to be a recruiter, as always. It should not matter what the salary is, people are people and your satisfaction and happiness in the role is paramount. There are too many Miss Pushy Pants-es in recruitment, sadly and I am glad the other recruiter showed you respect and how it should be done! Good for him!
